Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase alcoholic beverages from Sigma Mart. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. A valid government-issued photo ID will be required upon delivery or pickup. Acceptable forms of ID include a state driver's license, state-issued ID card, U.S. passport, or military ID.

Orders and Payment

• All prices are listed in US dollars and include applicable taxes at checkout.
• We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor (Stripe).
• Orders are subject to product availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to offer a substitution or refund.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or violate our policies.
• You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order has been successfully placed.

User Accounts

When you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Delivery and Pickup

• Delivery is available within Prince George's County, Maryland only.
• An adult (21+) with valid ID must sign for all deliveries.
• If no eligible recipient is available, the order will be returned to the store. A re-delivery fee may apply.
• Store pickup requires valid photo ID. Orders not picked up within 3 business days may be cancelled.
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Promotions and Discounts

From time to time, we may offer promotional codes, discounts, or special offers. Unless otherwise stated:

• Promo codes are valid for a single use and cannot be combined with other offers.
• Promotions may have expiration dates and minimum purchase requirements.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of promotional offers may result in cancellation of orders or suspension of your account.

Returns and Refunds

Due to Maryland state regulations, alcoholic beverages cannot be returned once purchased. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours for assistance. We will evaluate the situation and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund for the affected item. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

If we are unable to reach a resolution, either party may pursue legal remedies in accordance with the governing law section above.
